Where does Aqua Springs Bottle Water come from?
A.
Aqua Springs Water comes from the Municipal Supply then treated via Reverse Osmosis; (see plant note.) – Natural spring water comes from Buck Springs, TX facilities.
Q.
What is the difference between ultra pure water and natural spring water?
A.
Ultra Pure drinking water is our most popular product that is purified by process of reverse osmosis and contains no added minerals, only ultra pure water, while the Natural Spring water comes from an underground spring at Buck Springs, TX and is not processed by reverse osmosis, leaving natural minerals in the water.
Q.
How do I pay my water bill?
A.
Aqua Springs Bottle Water has various options to choose from. We accept all major credit/debit cards and we accept personal checks. Payment can be made by mail, giving it to your delivery person, make your payment by phone with your credit/debit card or stop by our office and make your payment.
Q.
What if I forget to place my empty bottles out for the delivery driver on my delivery day?
A.
Customer may contact Aqua Springs office by phone or email and arrangements can be made for an “off delivery” day to your home or office. (A service charge of $2.00 is added for this change) or drop by the office, bring your empty bottles and we’ll exchange them for full bottles of water.
